Shipping Policy

Shipping Method: Most orders will be shipped using UPS Ground delivery, unless otherwise specified. This method ensures reliable and efficient delivery to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday, or during the weekend, will begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery Time: UPS Ground delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii. At this time, we do not to international destinations.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the UPS website.

Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact UPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
